Shipping/Payment

We employ many methods of shipping your equipment. Our primary means of shipping is United Parcel Service. We can ship prepay and add, consignment, third party, and collect via UPS. We also ship via Federal Express and DHL if requested by the customer. We ship truck shipments per our customer's requests. We have alliances with Conway Central Express (CCX), Holland, and Alvan. USF Holland, CF and CCX have daily scheduled pick ups at our facility to expedite your order. We ship truck shipments collect unless other arrangements are made. All shipments are made FOB shipping point.

Payment terms are Net 30 unless the Vice President of Finance approves other arrangements. Credit is issued to accounts upon a satisfactory credit history. Applications for credit can be printed from our website and then faxed to our accounting department at 248-544-4141. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or COD.

Detroit Pump also has the ability to accept orders via Internet at pump.sales@detroitpump.com, via EDI, or facsimile. We look forward to being your pump supplier.
