Problem:

A large chemical supplier needed to reduce their overhead and cost to supply chemical feed pumps, parts, and accessories to their U.S. based customers. This needed to be completed without interfering with customer needs.

Solution:

Detroit Pump took over the responsibility of inventory, shipping, expediting and same day invoice acknowledgement for the customer.

Inventory was increased by 200 pumps and various parts and accessories to satisfy the customer's daily requirements. Shipments are made daily to locations across the United States to our customer's customers.

This is a win-win solution for both companies. Detroit Pump does what it does best, that is supply pumps and pumping equipment. The chemical company supplies chemicals with the comfort of knowing the proper hardware to deliver the chemicals will be at the customer's location on time.
